• Etsy store - For those who are creatively inclined and can express their creativity by coming up with a compelling idea that they can mass produce and market with their investment capital, plus deliver, and maintain ongoing customer support.
• Franchise - Typically partnered with a recognizable brand, products that are established, standard operating procedures, and sometimes training is provided when starting out. Requires a huge initial investment $$, the hiring, firing, and training of staff, high monthly overhead, ongoing franchise fees, and leasing agreement.  
• Real Estate - Selling big ticket items for commission, however the income often fluctuates depending on the market. Requires an initial real estate course, annual licensing fees, ongoing monthly agency fees, and marketing costs.
• YouTubers, Vloggers - Come up with super cool idea that they are passionate about and create videos and content to promote to an online audience. Once they have a certain number of subscribers they can have ads on their videos and will begin to earn commissions. This is super competitive as there are millions of videos and it’s necessary to stand out amongst the crowd. They need to be very original and innovative, and have lots of patience and sometimes years, in order to build up their subscriber list. 
• Bloggers - They identify a purpose for their website and provide ongoing content that is intriguing and unique. Income is generated a few ways - either through ads on their site, affiliate links, or products they sell. They must have a large following in order to be able to generate income and must continue to invest time and money to upgrade their site.
• Retail Establishments (Brick & Mortar) - They select a prime location, come up with products, plan & pay for advertising, have monthly overhead costs, staffing, benefits, pensions, sick leaves, and ultimately being on call 24/7. This usually requires 60+ hours a week in the first several years.
• Network Marketing - People select a company to partner with. They work from wherever, products are already created, the company does all the research and development and handles customer support and delivery.  Usually the company offers free training and support that is ongoing for the duration of the business. Some have great compensation plans, while others don’t. The best part is that it’s all about leverage & residual income. It’s not about just based on their own efforts, it’s the efforts of their entire team. And once they’ve built a business, they can get paid while they sleep!

Our Brief Stories 

After 4 painful years of searching for a way to make more money, I (Kimberley) finally found a way to earn income that would replace my career income, while allowing me the freedom to be home with my kids. I WAS SKEPTICAL AND NERVOUS ABOUT BEING A PART OF NWM AND SURE DIDN’T WANT TO PISS OFF ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. YET SOMETHING WAS DRAWING ME FORWARD AND I KNEW THERE WAS SOMETHING SPECIAL HERE. Within 6 months of starting my own business I had matched my maternity leave income and then went on to match and then exceed, my previous career income. I now live the life I dreamed of! 

My journey (Kendra) has been a little different in that I was a single 19 year old when I started this business. I was so young that I had never even heard of NWM before. This business just sounded like an amazing opportunity for getting healthy myself while sharing awesome life changing products to better the world.  I have dabbled in a couple different careers over the past decade while keeping my business active on the side.  I began to see that there were so many limitations with being an employee working a traditional job, that I decided to take my business seriously once and for all. It was no longer a hobby, but a real business. Its been really fun to step back in fully with this company and its been so fun to see it begin to grow and take root. I have lots of goals for my future and I figure why not build my dream lifestyle now!
